Where did everyone go?

Made it home. Washing hair again, getting ready to do an inspection.

Animals get put on the back burner tonight. She has to have a Dr. note saying she is clean before she can go back to school. Dr. is only open until 12:00 tomorrow.

Apparently her suite mate has been itching for a couple weeks and didn't say anything. In the meantime she has been sleeping over in other girls rooms on the weekend so there are quite a few who went home early today. My daughter is embarrassed and made us sneak her out the back of the dorm.

Been there, done that once upon a time. My youngest daughter took almost 8 hours to comb out since she has super thick wavy hair. It was a pain for both of us.

Been there, done that once upon a time. My youngest daughter took almost 8 hours to comb out since she has super thick wavy hair. It was a pain for both of us.

My step daughter has really thick hair too. It finally got to where I had to refuse to let a couple of her friends sleep over. :/

Hubby stopped and picked up my new phone, should be home with it any minute I didn't have wifi till I came back into the house

This phone is 3-1/2 years old. I hope the new one lasts that long.

And don't be surprised if the lice dont make another trip around the horn before everyone is totally rid of them. :/ but tell her not to feel bad. Yes its embarrassing, but it happens to everyone!

. I've got one worse for you.... 2 years ago, I was cooking up Thanksgiving dinner Wednesday night. I sent DD to take a shower. It was about 10pm & I was brushing her very long, thick hair. Then I seen them. I worked in daycare centers and did in home daycare in my 20s. I know what lice and nits look like. There was NO store open until the next day, and hey, what about the 25 people that are coming to my house the next day???? I called everyone of them and fair warned them. I told them all to wear hairspray. They next day treated DDs hair, switch out bedding, spray everything with lice spray, spray interior of car, couches, everything.. That was all before dinner. Everyone came & thankfully no one got it. It took nearly a week to get her all free and clear of the nits. The school nurse checks all kids returning to school after such an ordeal. Just the timing. Ugh!

I'm one of the few devoted Windows Phone users. :/ But I've had them for about 15 years so I'm too brainwashed to do the iCrap. I stuck with the old one so long because it had the most awesome camera. But it was starting to not want to charge, nor hold charge, so it was time. This is my first post with the new one. Its awesome!

I highly dislike any type of cell phone, I'm an old fogey who wants her landline back.... Right now, I'm using a nexus tablet that I'd love to use for target practice. lol
