What color will my baby chick be?!

Hey all!
Just picked up my 3 babies last week and boy do they grow fast!! My 3 week old easter egger chick is such a wild card in terms of coloring and so I was wondering if anyone could help me out as to what color she may be when she is older? Here she is, her names Suzie Q. She is head of the flock, quite loud and dominating. Oh well... Any ideas? Thanks!
