She is a blue sex link. Sapphire gem and sapphire blue are just different names for blue sex links.

thank you! we love him so much- I wish we could keep him, there are cats and dogs around here that go nuts from like 3-5 am so it's bananas we can't have a roo who sings so beautifully during daylight hours

And hens are way more noisy than roosters! Most days I can't hear myself think in the barn when they all start their 'egg song'. Meanwhile my roo only crows a few times during the day (we won't go there regarding the 6 young cockerels I have here).
