What sex is this

Hey everyone, we posted this little guy a few weeks ago enquiring about his breed, and got that all sorted. I was wondering if any expert in the matter could offer some clarification on sex? He's displaying very rooster like characteristics, and I am certain he's a rooster, but my father in law still thinks he could be a hen. We've never had a pea-combed bird before so don't really know what to look out for!
He is 10 weeks old on Thursday, what do you think? I want the debate to end!

The debate never ending would be dreadful... At least we'll know if spurs start to show in the future!
