What's for you won't pass you... Pekin story

So short story..
Arrived at a sale with my daughter and noticed 3 Pekin Bantams just sold and we were disappointed as they were the only ones of interest on the day.. 2 Mottled and 1 blue.
I advertised some hatching eggs this week and a buyer explained to me that he had picked up a blue hen at a sale and had no comrade to pair her with and was at a dead end as to what to do with her..
Couple of eggs traded and here she is..the one that got away that day

I love a happy ending! Gorgeous girl! Looks almost identical to my little Maxie, who I lost last year. Will look forward to seeing more of this lovely lady.
