Yes, we checked with the City Code. It is not against the law to keep chickens in St. Charles, IL. But it is unlawful to sell, barter or trade any chick that has been dyed an unnatural color.

Why "6 chickens in st. charles"?. Because if your kids are lazy they won't pick up eggs daily. Some of the eggs will hatch. Our 2 EE babies have FINALLY found a good, new home. Hooray![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads/25976_09012009232.jpg
