we have finished our coop and made some adjustments to yours . The overall coop and run is based on your dimensions and we love it. We put 2 windows in it oone on each side and we have 3 doors. Inside the large door we put a frame and covered it In hardware cloth. Now we can leave the door open in the summer for maximum airflow. We live in southern va. Thanks for the idea.
