We have something similar for a growout pen. The gas strut for the roof is a great idea.

I like it but this doesn't explain much for anyone else to perhaps build one or how they could remodel something similar.

Nice before and after pictures of a coop transformation. No details on how the transformation was all done.

A good job of cleaning up an old small coop.
