1 (14-oz.) can no-fat refried black beans
1 (14-oz.) can chicken broth
1 (12-oz.) can chipotle pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 bunch cilantro
sour cream (optional)
Mix beans, broth, chipotle pepper, and cilantro in blender until well blended. Heat through on stove top, stir in lime juice, and serve with sour cream if desired.
