Welcome to my little corner of BYC. Growing up chickens have always been a part of my life. I always loved hearing my granny talking about when she was little and my great grandparents raised Buff Orpingtons. My mamaw always had Dominiques and during visits I would go and sit in the hen house and listen and talk to the chickens. In April of 2010 I decided to start my own flock of Buff Orpingtons. From then to now I have made several changes to my flock. I no longer have the Buffs, but have a small flock of Lavender and Lavender split Orpingtons. I've added some Black Copper Maran hens, EEs,Cochins,Barred Hollands,and a Amber Star hen. I am very addicted to incubating. It is my hobby and I love every minute of it. Thanks to BYC i've made alot of great friends and love making more new friends. Thanks again for stopping by.
