Private Messaging
Private messaging can be useful to contact a single person or specific group. The envelope button in the top right row can take you to your messages.
Clicking “show all” will show your previous messages, instead of the most recent ones. From here you can access a button that says “navigation” where you can look through your conversation labels, rules, conversation groups, and auto responses.
You can also start a new conversation using the other button shown. You will have to add a title, recipients, and a message. There are a few other options that are not required, such as adding labels, attaching files, and making it a sticky conversation.
