1 3-lb. bag baby red (new) potatoes
2 lg. granny smith apples
1 lg. gala apple
2 lg. Vidalia onions
1 stick butter
Montreal steak seasoning (to taste)
You will need a large (Texas) skillet with sides. You can adjust recipe to make a smaller amount- this will serve a large family. Slice potatoes & apples into big bite sized pieces. Slice onions into thick 1 inch long pieces. Saute in butter, adding liberal amount of Montreal Steak Seasoning*. (*Shaker works better than grinder) Cook over medium heat until potatoes are soft, but not falling apart. Serve!
