Chunky Mango Salsa

    6 large Tomatoes
    3 large Semi Ripe Mangos
    1 large Purple Onion
    2 large Jalapenos
    2 or so tbsp Sea Salt or Regular Salt (to taste)
    1 or so tbsp Ground Pepper ( to taste)
    1 dash Cilantro (optional)

    Cooking Instructions

    Make sure your tomatoes and mangos are not overly ripe, you want them crisp. Dice tomatoes and mangos into medium size cubes. Onions and jalapenos into small cubes. Add all ingredients together. Add sea salt and ground pepper to preferred taste. Cilantro is optional. If you add cilantro, add a little at time, as it is very strong and can over power the flavor of the salsa. This salsa can be used with tostitos or over grilled chicken breast.

    Note: This is the Salsa that is always requested at family gatherings.
