Hello, my name is Cindy. My husband Cecil & I decided we wanted to have chickens, so on our wedding we got these lovely ladies. They were only 3 days old when we brought them home. Baby chicks are a lot of fun... but a bit smelly to have in the house, we didn't have a chicken coop built yet! We live in Omaha, NE. anniversary
We have 5 Black Australorps, 3 Barred Rocks, 3 White Leghorns, 3 Road Island Reds, 3 Easter Eggers, (all hatched in April around the 12th 2009) 3 Gold Lace Wyandottes and 3 Speckled Sussex (hatched in May around the 3rd 2009).
Road Island Red - her name is LUCY, Barred Rock - MaeFlower & the Easter Egger - her name is HAWK
Easter Egger nameded Duma, Speckled Sussex - Freckles,
Gold Lace Wyandotte - her name is Copper Top
