Added a roosting bar along with a ladder made from a neighbors birch tree he took down

This is my coop that I am building and preparing for several new chicks that are supposed to be here on the 23rd of March. This coop is of 4'4 X 8'4 in size with a min. height of 5' and a max. height of 6'6 interior. I guess if I would of put a little more thought into the design I would of made it 4' X 8' only to make it a bit more easy on me with the plywood exterior and floor but oh well it gives me the space on the interior. Almost all the wood I had laying around either in my shed or I picked up from a job site or if a fence was being taken down I would grab some of the fence boards from them and plane them down. The frame itself is made up of 2X3 kiln dried lumber and OSB, that is about the only portion that I bought along with the raidiant barrier sheathing on the roof. All of the rest of the materials are redwood fence boards for the batt and board lower siding, clear heart douglas fir flooring for the siding above that is probably about 50 years old, the rest is African Mahogany door jams left over from a job site for trim. This project has evolved over the time of building it only because I have so much stuff that I just kept using it to get rid of it. Did I mention that I design homes so this
is kind of a Coop De Grace for me
