It is unlawful for any person to keep enclosed any chickens, ducks, geese, or other domestic fowl, livestock or rabbits, in any house, pen, coop or enclosure situated within one hundred (100) feet of any dwelling house or store or other building used or occupied as a residence or within one hundred (100) feet of any church, school, or public building.
