Ingredients:


1lb Pork or Chicken cut into very thin strips
4 Carrots
bunch Green Onions
1 Onion
Any other vegies you would like in it.
1 Whole Garlic bulb
fresh grated Ginger
Chicken Stock
2 cups Rice ( I like Jasmin)
Sesame oil + veg oil
Oyster sauce
Iron Chef's Garlic and Sesame sauce
pkt Stir fry seasoning

Cooking Instructions


You will need a large pan with a lid.

Carrots julienned (thin thin strips)
Green onions thin sliced on diagonal
Onion large Dice
Garlic finely chopped (yes we use the whole thing) LOL optional for you of course.
Ginger peeled and grated

Brown all the meat in pan with some of both oils, remove from pan and set aside.
Saute the Carrots first, then after a few minutes add the large onion sauteing until starting to soften. Add the green onion, garlic and ginger for a couple of minutes more.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Same pan, with added oils, saute the rice (uncooked) stirring constantly until evenly browned.
Add 4 cups of Stock and and spice mix, bring to a boil. Cover with tight fitting lid and turn down to lowest setting. set timer for 20 mins.
Add back all the meat and vegies to reheat. Add oyster sauce and Garlic sesame sauce to taste.
