like I said in the last article bantam chickens are much smaller than regular Birds. They are said to be about half the size, picture for proof.
The black chicken on the right is sitting on a roost but the chicken or Bantam chicken on the left is standing and is the same size. chicken in the middle sitting on the roost and is much smaller. bantams play much smaller. eggs are also much smaller three eggs bantom eggs is equal to two regular size eggs. They take up less space so they're better for a backyard setting but sadly little kids can sometimes harm them if they don't know to be gentle. But some bantams do lay good eggs though they are still smaller. Pure Bantam breeds that don't have a full size counterpart are smaller. There are a lot of breeds of bantams I have a picture below of all of them.
