My backyard is the center of activity around our home. Chickens wandering around the yard is like having animated lawn ornaments!
I can sit for hours just watching their activity while they are free roaming.
Here in Maine, there are limited seasons to sit out and watch the flocks in the backyard. In the winter, they prefer being snuggled in their coop.
