    Great article! I grew up on a farm and am experienced butchering meat animals. This is a well thought out article and an absolute beginner would have no problem following the instructions.
    I love to learn how others do things, regardless of your experience or level of knowledge you can always glean something from another's technique

    I've been raising Cornish rocks about a year off and on now and there is a lot of very good information in this article! The frozen water jugs are a great idea, thanks!
