    Hello,
I am Jim, and I raise Quail. I have started with Coturnix, California Valley, and Bobwhite. I purchased my eggs on EBAY, and hatched them in the incubators that I got on-line. It has been a wild ride, shooting from the hip, and learning as I went along. The biggest lesson learned so far is to curb my obsession of hatching so many chicks! They are everywhere, and I had to keep building more, and more cages to contain them all. Thank goodness for Cragslist, as I have been able to sell some of the chicks. The feed bills are too much, and I need to start processing the excess males, so they can be invited to dinner.
Please excuse the rough draft, I am experimenting with using the editing process, and image uploading.
