Notice your goats run from you or even try to head but you? then you might want to train it! It might be best to get to know him first! Let's say you want a goat for 4H, and you get this adorable kid, you find out you were late to the 4H meet! Well, you now have a whole year to train your goat for 4H! You can have your goat be perfectly arranged and docile!
Part 1
Get to know your goat
Watch your goat, as s/he chews cud while watching the cat jump thru the fence! Or watch while he eats you favorite flower lol
Feed lots of treats, or maybe even start caring a bag filled with treats around!
Just bond with the goats, the best way for me yet is snuggling them during a thunder storm

part 2
Lead ttraining
you want to start slow with this, but it's one of the first hand things to know! Start by walking around the pen then go bigger, soon you might be able to walk the town!
part 3
Groom training
grooming your goat can help with them not being scared when you touch them.. it also makes grooming way easier!
part 4
Trim and cleaning training
this helps with when their hoofs need trimming and cleaning, by preparing then for what's in store. First start by lifting each foot and kinda rub it and play with it, it may not be too pleasant at first but soon enough they will be fine with it!
if you do these steps every day then you might have a trained goat in the next year or two!
