i just bought my first incubator yesterday "Hovabator 1582" so i was thinking ill need a brooder for when my eggs hatch and i had some plywood and 2x6 lieing around so i thaught it would be a good morning project.

so first i started by cutting 4 sets of these the deminsions are 2' x 3'

    then i cut 2 of these they are 2' x 2'

then i took a 2x6 and cut it a 2x6 at 2' and then slice it into 1.5' boards.

then to 2 of the 2'x3' sheets of plywood i made i put 2 of the 1.5" boards flush with each end of the sheets.

then i put the floor on.

then put both sides on and the roof if you like i will probably cut out a square for the brooder lamp to hang over to keep the chicks warm.
    then its finished.
