Kettel Corn

    1 iron skillet with lid or heavy pot
    1/2 cup of popcorn (I use white)
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 plus 1 TBLSP of sugar
    salt to taste

    Cooking Instructions

    Heat iron skillet medium/high heat
    Add oi land heat until it is hot enough to pop 2-3 kernels of corn in just a few seconds
    Add:sugar and corn stir quickly to coat cover and
    shake over the medium/high heat until corn has stopped popping
    IMPORTANT*** remove corn from skillet immediately put it in your favorite popcorn bowl salt to taste let sit for a few minutes before breaking it up ENJOY. Reminder if you let the corn set in the skillet even while you are salting it ,it will burn
