I decided to have a blog here on BYC, because it sounded like fun thing to try. So, here goes...
I have finally found a place where I can get some showgirls and show-quality silkies. Cackle Hatchery does, occasionally, hatch out a few showgirls with their silkies. I am hoping to get a few showgirls when I order some silkies from them this next year. I have entered in the BYC Article Writing Contest. Let's hope I win something. I spent an hour in the chicken coop, just watching them do their chicken things. I was fascinated at just how content I can be to simply sit on a stump at watch them. I didn't realize that a whole hour had gone by, until my brother came outside to find me. I guess I must be pretty easily amused.

Well, I haven't updated in a while, but, he, it's pretty busy around here. We're all preparing for Christmas! I have wrapped all my gifts to everyone. I cannot wait to give them to the family! It's very cold and windy here! I am happy to have a nice warm house.
