My coop for the girls. I repurposed a cedar play house I bought on craigslist early cheap for my nephew ($40). I spent arnott $100 in supplies and lumber, and used some other miscellaneous materials I had around. Removed roof, and added plywood, and tar paper to keep it dry. Nesting box to hold 4 bins. Two rising bars with ladders at varying heights. I have 6 girls, but could fit 12-15.

Was a great and fun project to build.

I can't wait to see more on this playhouse conversion. My coop is an old playhouse, as well, so I'm curious to see what improvements were made. I'm trying to find the motivation to begin upgrading my basic box, too!

Some more details about how you made this conversion, pictures of the progress and of the inside of the coop, dimensions and how you clean it? But it is a nice looking coop from the outside.

I'll add when I can. I built it last year and was trying to add to "my profile". Thanks for the feedback.

It would be nice to have more detail on your coop...what are the dimensions, more photos (including the interior), etc.

Thanks for the feedback. This is a work in progress. It was built a year ago, and with "life" and taking care of the birds and a duck issue, I simply haven't had enough time to put more into this right now.
