My setup

Thanks, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out although most of the inside is temporary. Both of the coops are essentially laid out the same with a ramp leading up to a platform with the roosts and boxes. My old coop the platform is enclosed and is vented under the roof overhang. On the shed coop since there was no roof overhang and no good place to vent it I didn’t enclose the platform. I’m planning on adding external nest boxes also to add floor space for a bigger roost but it works for now. If there’s anything in particular you want pictures of for ideas I’d be happy to help.
