Ingredients:


1-1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp. finely shredder orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 c. finely chopped cranberries
1/2 c. dried coconut

Cooking Instructions


Crust: In medium mixing bowl stir together flour and 3/4 cup sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in half of the macadamia nuts. Press the flour mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake in oven at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until crust is light brown around the edges. Topping: Combine 1 1/4 cups of sugar, eggs, milk, orange peel and vanilla. Beat until combined. Pour over hot crust. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts, cranberries, and coconut. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Cut while warm.
