Peach Crisp

    Ingredients:


    4 c. peaches, slightly sugared and sprinkled with 2 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp butter
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar

    Cooking Instructions


    Preheat oven to 375°. Use a pastry blender to lightly mix the flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt together. Don't let the mixture get oily, keep it crumbly. Place the peaches in a lightly greased baking dish and spread the crumbs over the fruit. Bake about 30 minutes until the top is crisp and golden
