Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. 3. Beat in egg, then stir in vanilla. Slowly blend in the sifted ingredients.
4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at for 10 to 12 minutes in the oven.
Cool slightly, and remove from pan.
