This looks great! The only real concern I see is the "crack" at roost level, which could cause a nasty draft in a bad spot if your winters are cold. How did you handle predator proofing for this? Chicken wire really only keeps chickens in, not predators out ... unless those two, big four-legged beauties are LGC ... Livestock Guardian Calves!

It's always good to be able to repurpose existing materials, that really helps keep the cost down. One thing, I would recommend using hardware cloth for the run and openings (in place of or over the chicken wire). It costs more but is worth it to protect your flock.
