This is good stuff for the science and teaching community, but just as good for the environmentally aware and science-minded backyard poultry keeper. Diagrams are clear and easy to follow. My one suggestion is to run it through a human proof-reader. Spell checkers often miss properly spelled, but misused words ... like "their" in the first paragraph.
All in all, a good poster. Nicely done!
