1 lb. Ground Hamburger
1 can Whole corn
5-6 cups Mashed potatoes
2 cups Shredded cheese
Brown hamburger in frying pan. Spread hamburger in medium baking pan. Spread corn over hamburger. Spread potatoes over corn. Spread cheese over top of potatoes. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
Note: Shredded cheese of your choice but I find that the Mexican blend tastes much better. You can use ground chicken or ground hamburger I've tried both and they were great! Cheesy potatoes work best in it too. Also cooking it longer till the cheese is a medium brown gives a nice crispy taste. Add seasoning to hamburger or potatoes of your choice for better taste.
