Additional Information | Article IV,section 185-12 Residence Zone R-40 (7) On a minimum parcel of 40,000 square feet, the keeping of a small flock of poultry, not to exceed 25, and the keeping of saddle or riding horses and other farm animals, for the personal use of the occupant or occupants, may be permitted, provided that any required enclosure or building for such animals shall hereafter be located not less than 100 feet from any street line and 100 feet from any dwelling on an adjacent lot (subject to Board of Health criteria). |
