Nice coop!

No instructions for how it was built, nor materials list or measurement, all of which would be helpful for someone else wanting to build it.

This is the first coop that I've seen built like this and I'm intrigued. I'm gathering that you live someplace warmer than not, judging by the flooding and the ski boat in the garage. I like the simplicity of the coop. They have roosts and nesting areas and that is what they need. It looks as though your run is completely fenced and covered to deter predators and the coop ladder looks to be removable at night. Ingenious.
