Nice use of limited resources. I appreciated the step by step photos as well as build descriptions. FYI: your angle cuts look pretty good for someone who disavows any ability.

What kind of additional ventilation would you suggest? It has the 4 small vents under the roof (front is shown, but there are the same 4 in the back that aren't shown) and then the opening to the old coop is open, so air can enter from the bottom and exit under the roof at the top.
