Overview:
Kyle just placed a tiny, suspicious looking stone at your character’s house because of some special quality your character has. They are called amulets. They have a quality that makes them impossible to focus on, before the world blurs and takes you to the same place as the mother amulet, which is planted in the coffee shop at the beginning of our story. The amulet will then appear in your character’s hand and though she may throw it aside, they are linked to her and may transport her randomly to another owner of an amulet.
At the beginning of this story, your chosen character, be it a fantasy being, an average Joe, or even an onlooker who accidentally stumbles upon a not very strategically placed stone meant to be chosen by someone else. Just because the chosen ones have been chosen doesn’t mean they have to look or act a certain way in this world of madness. A centaur, fairy, a talking dog, or an undergraduate, seriously anything goes. The oddness is generally accepted here.
Anyways this character is transported to this humble looking coffee shop and immediately notice my kitty riding pal Kyle and a lot of other people who have strangely appeared.

He has neat brown hair and is clean shaven with a fine structured face. Nimble, and quick for his size. He doesn’t have much of anything for physical abilities but he is never seen without Rylie, a young, incredibly fluffy tabby and white Norwegian Forest cat who helps him get from place to place at least a little faster than his tiny legs, and avoid getting stepped on. (Honestly if you had to pick one cat to go to battle with, would you pick a skinny Siamese or huge, powerful Norwegian Forest cat?

Physical description and abilities: Brown skin and hair that she keeps in thick, vine like braids that go halfway down her back. Eyes are brown, the color of earth. Always smiling. 5’ 2”, a bit small for a 15 year old. Likes to wear green or blue shirts with sleeves rolled up and khaki or brown capris. Has an unusual control over plants.
Reason the person was chosen (or happened upon a stone: Cameron was chosen for her unusual proficiency in the garden. Plants could grow overnight and a few gentle words spoken could cause a wilted plant to regain vitality. She is known for a vibrant garden full of notoriously difficult plants all in full bloom, and her beautiful bouquets in flower markets. It doesn’t happen often, but when she does get angry, take note of what plants you are standing near. No one wants to get strangled by a raspberry cane.

Physical description: 5’8”, she has dirty blonde hair that’s normally tied into a messy bun/ponytail, bright green eyes, and dimples. She normally sports some sort of vintage graphic t-shirt, ripped skinny jeans, and old, dirty, black and white ankle vans in which the shoelaces are never tied. (I’m going to try to draw her).

Reason the person was chosen (or happened upon a stone): She was exploring a forest with her friend when she drifted a ways off the path. She she stumbled onto the stone (literally, because long untied shoelaces), and decided to keep it, because nothing bad ever comes out of strange glowing stones found in the middle of the woods.
Personality: She was raised by a teacher as a mother and a cop as a father, so she has a strong sense to do the right thing and follow the rules. Even then, she can be rebellious and is always looking for an adventure. Smart, sarcastic, and extremely loyal to her friends and family.
Other: She’s 18, and has had lots of animals ranging from birds, cats, reptiles, and rodents, but she’s never had a dog. Currently owns six rescued white leghorns, a parakeet named Paradise, and a fluffy, gray, slightly overweight cat named Smokey Bear.

Physical description and abilities: Age 14, 3'9" Sure she's short, but what does that matter when she can fly. She's all human except for her wasp wings. Short blond hair, and light blue eyes. She usually wears a plain t-shirt and comfortable jeans. She does wear bright colors too, but she'd prefer it be a flashy belt or earrings that really stand out. He wings though they look delicate are actually quite tough, she can easily wear clothes or even a backpack over them with them folded down. But She avoids it because she tends to flutter her giant fly swatters quite a bit.
Although she's normally an overly cheerful person, she can be a bit hot headed if anyone rubs her the wrong way.

Physical description and abilities: Has small short wings and bird legs, though the knees bend the same way a humans do. 16 year old. Fluffy brown hair, and yellow eyes that have a vertical iris like a cats. His ears are shaped like Calla-lilies, and there are red spots on his face and legs. At 5' he's a smol boy but how else would his wings carry him. He generally wears a loose fitting and very long shirt with shorts, he would wear pants, but the fluffy feathers on his upper legs make it look even weirder with pants than without. He doesn't wear shoes, not that he hasn't tried, he just couldn't keep his balance in normal sneakers and there was no way he was going to put the shoes that were designed for his kind of feet on. They only came in bright colors, and the last thing he wanted was more attention drawn to his feet. He loves chocolate and hot drinks.
Because of his strange looks he is bullied a lot in school. He keeps to himself, and is slow to trust anyone. His only "friend" (parents are friends and they're the same age which automatically makes them friends) mocks him a lot, so he tries to just avoid people altogether.

Just fox ears and tail of same hair color, 5'2, no slitted pupils, and no tattoos or markings.

Overly kind and lively, always keeps a smile and gives people a chance even when they are unkind to her. Looks for the best in people even when her friends are convinced they have not a drop of good in them. Slightly awkward but shes extroverted and wants to make friends. Always puts her friend's ambitions before her own, rarely thinks of herself. Has a lot of internal struggles due to her past but keeps them bottled up with a canned smile on top so no one notices.
Reason the person was chosen (or happened upon a stone): She took a calming walk through her nearby forest, seeking time to think and possibly find an injured animal to take care of. She stumbled upon the amulet and knowing no one would return to take it she took it home as a keepsake, only to be teleported to the coffee shop. She was chosen due to her compassionate nature and unique honesty against the norm of her species, and to help give her closure with her past.

Blair is 5'8, with tanned skin and a lightly freckled face. Her hair is thick and dark brown, falling to her lower back. Her eyes are a stark contrast compared to her seemingly overall normal look, a frightening yellow-gold.
Blair is a Werewolf, and though she cannot control her transformations, she shows many qualities of her wolf in her human form. Her yellow-gold eyes, heightened smell and hearing and strength. She is incredibly outgoing, albeit she has a small group of friends. She's confident with herself, though a little to confident. She has a incredibly short attention span, never able to pay attention for too long, so if you do catch her attention, it better be good.
Though she gets distracted easily, Blair is a logical thinker, and has a sharp tongue.
Most dogs love her, and she has one of her own, but almost every cat or small animal that sees her is terrified, most likely because of her being a Werewolf.

Powers: Empath
Personality: As a Empath, Fox's mood fluctuates incredibly easy. Simply walking into a room full of people can change his attitude in a split second.
Fox, when alone or with few people where he is able to control the vigorous energy of his Empath powers, is a typically light-hearted and sweet person, having a bright outlook on life. An Introvert he is, yes, but a very opinionated one at that, having opinions on anyone and anything you ask him about.
But in the outside world, where people with fluctuating emotions, from rage to complete bliss and joy, are everywhere, Fox feels their pain and their joy and anger, and often times he can't control the energy and instead radiates the emotion that is strongest in the room.
Fox adores telling and writing and reading stories, fictional or otherwise. He loves animals, large or small, and isn't easily intimidated when faced with any sort of creature.
Lives off of coffee, it's quite rare to see him without it. Most often times you'll see him with a pencil and a notebook, coffee, earbuds and any number of animals that live in his families house.
Physical Description: Fox is fit, but definitely not muscular. Instead, he still has lanky and long limbs and nimble fingers and hands. He is quite tall as well, just a hair over six feet, much like his father.
His hair is a soft, tawny-auburn color, slightly wavy. His skin isn't tan, not really the slightest bit really, instead pale with countless freckles scattered across his face, hands and arms. His jaw is quite defined and sharp, much unlike his other features which are quite soft, and his nose, he supposed, would be called "button" by social terms, though he highly despises it.
His eyes are quite odd. His right eye is a brillant amber, with gold and yellow and brown flecks, and his left a blue-green, and are rather almond shaped.
Reason this person was chosen, or happened upon the stone: It isn't quite clear why Fox was chosen at all, or even if he was. He found the stone whilst walking out his door, and it could have easily been for his elder sister or younger brother, though he was the one that happened to stumble, literally, upon it.

Wears her hair in a messy bun and wears stylish t-shirts with meaningful sayings, like "Clean the Oceans, Plant More Trees, Save the Bees" and either high waisted shorts, ripped jeans or leggings. She is fit, but not muscular. She is really good with animals. She is enrolled in her local 4-H and does Agriculture Classes, with FFA. She does goats for the city fair, sheep for the county, and every other year she goes to state with Rabbits. She does showmanship with her French Angora rabbit, Bun-Bun, her Cavy Everest, her Pygmy Goat, Lulu, her German Shepard Border Collie mix, Sadie, and her serama, Hiyoko, silkie, Fofo but mainly her Bantam Leghorn, Petunia. They have a mix of chicken breeds, from Ayam Cemanis, to Ameraucanas, to (full sized) leghorns, to Salmon Faverolles. She lives on a 25 Acre lot, with her mom, dad, and twin brother, Aydin. Her father has cattle, and she rides her 15.3 Bay Quarter horse, Willy, to work cattle and mess around with. She occasionally does Reining, Western Trail, and English Pleasure and Equitation with him. She also takes her Shetland Pony, Lucifer, to shows. (Not going to turn this into a horse based rp lol) Essentially, she runs a mini zoo. She can be very condescending, even though she tries to be helpful to everyone. Her first thought when trying to figure something out is "Why don't we just open the window, walk through the door, etc..."

Physical description and abilities: Love them or hate them you know his type. Quarterback on the football team, and dating a cheerleader Luke is as smooth as well... The smoothest thing ever! He creeps into your life before you can agree to it, and he shocks you with his handsomeness. 6'2", 200lb's and all muscle, he is a guy you don't want to fight. He has dark brown hair in a style similar to Tom Hollands, enchantingly deep brown eyes, and a charming smile. He is a total Chad, but he has a soft side. He has a Chow Chow, named Duke and a Puli dog named Lever.

Physical description and abilities: She’s slim, five foot tall, fair skinned with light freckles over her nose and cheeks, and her thick brunette hair falls in natural ringlets to her shoulders. It’s always a little frizzy, a lot of body, and free around her face. She usually keeps it tucked behind one ear, but it’s always coming loose and falling in her face. She’s got brown eyes, the left one a few shades darker than the right one, and dark lashes that she keeps curled. She recently got glasses and looks extremely nerdy whenever she wears them. Too bad she has to wear them 24/7, because she’s pretty nearsighted.
She usually wears cuffed, high-waisted jeans that are a little loose around the leg and silky t-shirts that are one size too big. They’re in all colors but usually have no writing, she wears them either tucked in (it reminds her of the 1940s silhouette) or tied in the front, and she’s hand-embroidered patterns on all of them. Scuffed dark blue converse are her favorite shoes.
As for special abilities, she always knows what time it is no matter the time zone and can distract people by singing. Her mom says there are sirens in their family history, but she’s not sure she believes that. All she knows is that people stop and listen when she sings. They don’t obey her or anything, but anyone in earshot freezes and watches her. So she only sings when she’s alone. She’s also scared to death of natural bodies of water for no reason in particular and her favorite places on earth are libraries.
Personality: She’s introverted and a little socially awkward, but she warms up to people pretty quickly and is rather chatty around people she knows. She loves having deep conversations, will drop anything to help you, and is loyal to the end. And last but not least she loves 1950s music and desperately wants to do musical theatre but can’t because her abilities would be literally show-stopping.

He's reserved, but warms up soon enough and has much wholesome happiness to share <3. Down-to-earth and content with whatever. But very innocent and easily scandalized. Skittish; easily startled by sudden movement and loud noises. Generally a mild, likable boi.

She ran away to college at sixteen to escape them. She's now nineteen. She graduated college early with very little debt, owing to her homelessness, youth, and work-study programs. What little debt she accumulated she quickly paid off(which definitely had nothing to do with her abilities...
), but she has been thoroughly disillusioned with humans in general. In the rare instances she is human, she's 6', with grey-blue eyes and wild auburn hair to her shoulders. She can only talk if she's in a form that can, e.g. she's a parrot. She is almost indistinguishable from normal animals, except for the fact that whatever form she's in, her irises are still blue.

She stumbled upon the amulet and knowing no one would return to take it she took it home as a keepsake, only to be teleported to the coffee shop. She was chosen due to her compassionate nature and unique honesty against the norm of her species, and to help give her closure with her past.

Blair is 5'8, with tanned skin and a lightly freckled face. Her hair is thick and dark brown, falling to her lower back. Her eyes are a stark contrast compared to her seemingly overall normal look, a frightening yellow-gold.
Blair is a Werewolf, and though she cannot control her transformations, she shows many qualities of her wolf in her human form. Her yellow-gold eyes, heightened smell and hearing and strength. She is incredibly outgoing, albeit she has a small group of friends. She's confident with herself, though a little to confident. She has a incredibly short attention span, never able to pay attention for too long, so if you do catch her attention, it better be good.
Though she gets distracted easily, Blair is a logical thinker, and has a sharp tongue.
Most dogs love her, and she has one of her own, but almost every cat or small animal that sees her is terrified, most likely because of her being a Werewolf.

Powers: Empath
Personality: As a Empath, Fox's mood fluctuates incredibly easy. Simply walking into a room full of people can change his attitude in a split second.
Fox, when alone or with few people where he is able to control the vigorous energy of his Empath powers, is a typically light-hearted and sweet person, having a bright outlook on life. An Introvert he is, yes, but a very opinionated one at that, having opinions on anyone and anything you ask him about.
But in the outside world, where people with fluctuating emotions, from rage to complete bliss and joy, are everywhere, Fox feels their pain and their joy and anger, and often times he can't control the energy and instead radiates the emotion that is strongest in the room.
Fox adores telling and writing and reading stories, fictional or otherwise. He loves animals, large or small, and isn't easily intimidated when faced with any sort of creature.
Lives off of coffee, it's quite rare to see him without it. Most often times you'll see him with a pencil and a notebook, coffee, earbuds and any number of animals that live in his families house.
Physical Description: Fox is fit, but definitely not muscular. Instead, he still has lanky and long limbs and nimble fingers and hands. He is quite tall as well, just a hair over six feet, much like his father.
His hair is a soft, tawny-auburn color, slightly wavy. His skin isn't tan, not really the slightest bit really, instead pale with countless freckles scattered across his face, hands and arms. His jaw is quite defined and sharp, much unlike his other features which are quite soft, and his nose, he supposed, would be called "button" by social terms, though he highly despises it.
His eyes are quite odd. His right eye is a brillant amber, with gold and yellow and brown flecks, and his left a blue-green, and are rather almond shaped.
Reason this person was chosen, or happened upon the stone: It isn't quite clear why Fox was chosen at all, or even if he was. He found the stone whilst walking out his door, and it could have easily been for his elder sister or younger brother, though he was the one that happened to stumble, literally, upon it.

Physical description and abilities: 5'3", with shoulder length, wavy strawberry blonde hair. Has green eyes, freckles, and a button nose. Wears her hair in a messy bun and wears stylish t-shirts with meaningful sayings, like "Clean the Oceans, Plant More Trees, Save the Bees" and either high waisted shorts, ripped jeans or leggings. She is fit, but not muscular. She is really good with animals. She is enrolled in her local 4-H and does Agriculture Classes, with FFA. She does goats for the city fair, sheep for the county, and every other year she goes to state with Rabbits. She does showmanship with her French Angora rabbit, Bun-Bun, her Cavy Everest, her Pygmy Goat, Lulu, her German Shepard Border Collie mix, Sadie, and her serama, Hiyoko, silkie, Fofo but mainly her Bantam Leghorn, Petunia. They have a mix of chicken breeds, from Ayam Cemanis, to Ameraucanas, to (full sized) leghorns, to Salmon Faverolles. She lives on a 25 Acre lot, with her mom, dad, and twin brother, Aydin. Her father has cattle, and she rides her 15.3 Bay Quarter horse, Willy, to work cattle and mess around with. She occasionally does Reining, Western Trail, and English Pleasure and Equitation with him. She also takes her Shetland Pony, Lucifer, to shows. (Not going to turn this into a horse based rp lol) Essentially, she runs a mini zoo. She can be very condescending, even though she tries to be helpful to everyone. Her first thought when trying to figure something out is "Why don't we just open the window, walk through the door, etc..."

Physical description and abilities: Love them or hate them you know his type. Quarterback on the football team, and dating a cheerleader Luke is as smooth as well... The smoothest thing ever! He creeps into your life before you can agree to it, and he shocks you with his handsomeness. 6'2", 200lb's and all muscle, he is a guy you don't want to fight. He has dark brown hair in a style similar to Tom Hollands, enchantingly deep brown eyes, and a charming smile. He is a total Chad, but he has a soft side. He has a Chow Chow, named Duke and a Puli dog named Lever.

Name: Brigid Ravel, but she dislikes her name and goes by Brid instead.
Gender/Age: Female, 15 years old.
Physical description and abilities: She’s slim, five foot tall, fair skinned with light freckles over her nose and cheeks, and her thick brunette hair falls in natural ringlets to her shoulders. It’s always a little frizzy, a lot of body, and free around her face. She usually keeps it tucked behind one ear, but it’s always coming loose and falling in her face. She’s got brown eyes, the left one a few shades darker than the right one, and dark lashes that she keeps curled. She recently got glasses and looks extremely nerdy whenever she wears them. Too bad she has to wear them 24/7, because she’s pretty nearsighted.
She usually wears cuffed, high-waisted jeans that are a little loose around the leg and silky t-shirts that are one size too big. They’re in all colors but usually have no writing, she wears them either tucked in (it reminds her of the 1940s silhouette) or tied in the front, and she’s hand-embroidered patterns on all of them. Scuffed dark blue converse are her favorite shoes.
As for special abilities, she always knows what time it is no matter the time zone and can distract people by singing. Her mom says there are sirens in their family history, but she’s not sure she believes that. All she knows is that people stop and listen when she sings. They don’t obey her or anything, but anyone in earshot freezes and watches her. So she only sings when she’s alone. She’s also scared to death of natural bodies of water for no reason in particular and her favorite places on earth are libraries.
Personality: She’s introverted and a little socially awkward, but she warms up to people pretty quickly and is rather chatty around people she knows. She loves having deep conversations, will drop anything to help you, and is loyal to the end. And last but not least she loves 1950s music and desperately wants to do musical theatre but can’t because her abilities would be literally show-stopping.

He's reserved, but warms up soon enough and has much wholesome happiness to share <3. Down-to-earth and content with whatever. But very innocent and easily scandalized. Skittish; easily startled by sudden movement and loud noises. Generally a mild, likable boi.
Exceptional abilities include his fox-strength hearing, sense of smell, and speed.

Physical description and abilities: She's a shapeshifter, and she doesn't like being human very often. Lately she's been living as a magpie most of the time. Her parents hated her for her abilities. She ran away to college at sixteen to escape them. She's now nineteen. She graduated college early with very little debt, owing to her homelessness, youth, and work-study programs. What little debt she accumulated she quickly paid off(which definitely had nothing to do with her abilities...
), but she has been thoroughly disillusioned with humans in general. In the rare instances she is human, she's 6', with grey-blue eyes and wild auburn hair to her shoulders. She can only talk if she's in a form that can, e.g. she's a parrot.
