A very well-documented build. The under-deck run is an interesting feature -- making use of waste space and giving easy access for your daughter -- and I hope you'll update after a year or two to report on how it's working out.
What a great project, and a corresponding article that is well detailed and photographed. Being located beneath the deck I imagine has benefits weatherwise. And it’s a lovely shade of blue!

Pretty cool little coop. I would leave the side panels off permanently. The coop needs lots of ventilation, even during cold weather. And I would replace the chicken wire with hardware cloth.
