For me, it started out approaching it from a logical standpoint, Sure they supply fresh eggs. But to tell you the truth I have fallen in love with them, and their wonderful personalities! Especially during covid lockdown, They were truly the Only Reason for a smile on my face!!! As I have senior chickens that stopped laying years ago, it is obvious that eggs are not my priority. Yeah, who am i foolin? They have enriched my life, Hens & Roos, Love them so much & can't imagine life without them, or hugging them daily!
