I like the thoroughness of this article that covers the cautions as well. I have used it very infrequently for the probiotics when I haven't made their ferment.
I enjoyed your article and my nutritionist would as well. Even though many nutritionists (including mine) recommend it, it is still very controversial subject. I applaud you for jumping into it, but to make your article better I would include references and web links. I've chosen not to use ACV given the research I've read... Maybe you can convince me I'm wrong. My nutritionist would love you for that.
ACV is NOT a cure all. ACV is not going to cure a lice or mite problem. Feeding ACV daily to laying hens can actually harm them because it inhibits the absorption of calcium.
