This would be a five-star coop article once it's finished. At least a photo of the finished coop, exterior, and interior, and a little more explanation of how you built it, and that would make this great!

Except for being unfinished -- and thus lacking build photos and finished coop photos -- this is what every coop article should aspire to be.

Once it's done I'll certainly raise the rating to 5 stars.

You are obviously a retired engineer. I'd love to see pictures of your build if you've completed the coop.
