Hello. For a day or so I have noticed my rooster big boy reaching his neck out for breath, at first I thought he was trying to crow because he is young and using his voice. I am now concerned that he may have some respiratory problems, or possibly gape worms as he is a free range bird. I am leaving a photo down below for you to look at. I am going to remove him from the flock and apply some respiratory salve on his comb just incase. Please If you have any advice I’m completely open to anything. We do have a vet near us but it can get pretty pricey so I am coming on here for some advice.
