why people get so upset over honest mistakes :-( such as getting the wrong breed of chicken when all the chicks look a like they could have easyly gotten mixed together by accident or mislabeled. i understand being upset/mad but not to the point to were you turn them in if you have only bought from them once and they are willing to give you a complete refund for selling you the wrong breed.

It happens, I have ordered eggs and they were labeled wrong but the chicks ended up being adorable anyway. So your right, there's no reason for anyone to get upset however it's nice they are willing to give the refunds...

It makes me mad when I receive eggs and you can clearly see they are NOT fertiled and they are not willing to do a thing about it.. I've gotten responses such as "that's the price you pay for shipped eggs". UH NO, I paid for Fertiled eggs. HELLO...

yea that would make me mad about the eggs as well i take the time to crack a few and to incubate to check my fertility although i have never sold fertile eggs before i do know mine are fertile ;-)

THAT's Horrible, what post is this because i would like to add some comments, LOL.. It happens, you just fix it the best you can instead of giving someone a bad Rap.. MY GOSH, I would rather have the seller fix it and fix it I mean send me the right breed and add EXTRA"s without charging ME ANYTHING Even the shipping fee's. Because even if the seller refunds her the money, Guess what she still doesn't have the chicks that she wants, So I would want Free RIGHT breed of chicks...

I can understand the frustration of trying to get a certain breed and ending up with NONE, but if the Seller honestly has the breed she wants then SEND them at NO cost to the Buyer. She could always sell the wrong chicks and MAKE money, while still getting the chicks she wanted...
