These two are turning out pretty nice (they do have some feathers on their legs) ( I hope 'he' gets sickle feathers--they are about 4 months)

Looks like you have a nice Mille Fleur and Columian. Your little Leon is just plain cute!

If the chicks have feathering on their feet, it means they have something besides Serama in their background. Serama shouldn't have feathering on their feet.
 
There is a type of Serama that is called a Booted Serama with some feathering on the shanks only but not to the feet, but someone must've mixed them somewhere down the line many years ago as they pop up every once in a while in breeding. Okay for a play pretty Serama but the serious breeders don't like to acknowledge this type. Don't know if booted will ever be included in the standard or not when the Serama finally is included in it. Probably not.

Those mottleds are adorable too, I bet they will fill out very nicely. Bernie is about 10 months now and he is still changing. Its such a treat to watch them grow into such beauties
