You should replace the newspaper with paper towels or rubber shelf liner. Newspaper is too slick for new chicks and can cause leg problems. In a few days you can replace the paper towels with some pine shavings.

P.S....cute chicks.

Thanks. When my mom and I go to the store I'll have her get papertowels or the rubber liner. We are plain out of papertowels right now :\\
 
oh my the are toooo toooo cute! setting 30 leghorn eggs tomorrow morning, now i will be impatient seeing those beauties!
