I have two nearly overflowing baskets of eggs on my island... One of chicken eggs, and one for duck eggs...

Ducks are powerhouse layers! I am loving the eggs they are giving me. The goose eggs are awesome. The giant yolks make lemon curd out of this world!

We mark every egg from the different orpington pens. The main laying house are several breeds of hen and some of BigReds offspring so I don't lable those. There is no other way for me to keep track of potential hatching eggs and eating eggs. If I could just get the girls to lable their own eggs for me. LOL
