Canning recipes index please?

Is there someone who can make up an index (like the sticky for recipes) of canning recipes? Maybe one for water bath and the other for pressure canner? It is so hard to find individual recipes since the canning thread is so long? Is this a possibility???

Not knowing the "works behind the scenes here" it may be too much trouble for our esteemed mods/adm. to bother with but let's keep our fingers

Let's help build an index of the recipes in the canning threads.

Indexing them all would be a major undertaking for moderators alone. Could each of us who are interested in those recipes help get them indexed?

We could each volunteer to look through 5 pages or so of the threads and post links to the recipes in Miss Prissy's sticky titled "MUST READ! Attn! Recipe Help Needed!" Then Terrielacy would have a compiled list to add to the Recipe Index.

I'll take the first 5 pages of the "what are you canning now" thread. Anyone else?

Edit: I went ahead with the first 10 pages. It went quicker than I thought it might.

great idea! I will do the next ten pages, oh, since everyone's "pages" are set up differently...how will we do this?
My pages are set up for 25 posts per page.

Ok, I started on my page 11 which started with post 251 and listed recipes through post 750. I didn't post the pumpkin butter, although it sounds awesome due to controversy over canning squash.
 
Oh, I didn't think about the # of posts/page being optional. (BTW, Where did you set that?)

OK...my pages only went to post #100 (10/pg, apparently the default setting). So I will go back and cover up to post #250 where you started.

is the perfect example. Just needs to be alphabetical, the link needs to go directly to the post that contains the recipe.
