Okay, this is just for fun, but a guy is going to walk up/down the Vegas Strip on 1/15/2010 with a BYC shirt on.

In fact, we sent him a BYC Breakfast shirt with 3 BYC bumper stickers stuck to the back!

We also gave him some BYC business cards to hand out!

Nifty, your title scared me for a second. The word "strip" is a little too close to the word ending in "-er".

But, carry on. [wheeze wheeze...]
 
Nifty - do you realize that the people that pass out cards on the strip are typically passing out cards advertising some of the more unsavory institutions of LV with scantily clothed pics on the cards? Won't people be surprised when they realize that this card is about a different kind of "chick".

i'm not sure if i'll be able to make it down there to walk around or not... hit a curb and blew a tire and haven't had the $$ to get new ones.. BLAH!!!
hubby get's paid on the 14th.. but i don't think it's enough time to get the truck moving in time for me to make it to the strip...
 
Hi everybody,

Well, tomorrow's the day where I'll be making a video and walking the Strip to promote BYC. It's going to be fun and I'm looking forward to it. I was told that some of you might meet me down there to do the walk... the weather here in Vegas is getting a little surly (wind/rain/storm front), but I will still be out there. If it's absolutely nuts weather-wise, I'll just keep my route mostly indoors. Anyhow, if any of you decide to show up, meet me in front of the Starbucks at the Fashion Show Mall -- the one outside, on LVBLVD, facing the Wynn at noon sharp. It is roughly 8 mile walk round trip and takes me around 3 hours. I don't expect you to walk the entire length with me, so if you just wanted to do parts of it that's fine by me. You might want to stop at, say, Ceasar's Palace and wait for me/us to come back around, and then you could meet up on the other side. Whatever you feel like doing is fine with me. This is all for fun, so I just want to make sure that everybody is enjoying themselves. A quick note on the handing out cards thing: due to the "snappers" who hand out the girly cards, as well as folks handing out flyers for nightclubs, etc. there is a real collective disdain among the tourists for people trying to hand stuff out. My policy now is that I only hand things out to people who approach me (it happens!). I tell you this because I don't want you to be surprised if you still have a stack of cards in your hand when you're done.

Well, there goes my date for guessing the 50,000 target number..... Oh well, I sure wish I could meet everyone down there and do the "strip" teaser with you! Have fun whoever makes it there.
