I got her (a slikie) from McMurray last spring. As of yet, she hasn't laid any eggs. But she has 2 vents...Will she never lay, or is she bound to get bound?

okay, this is a little, uh, indelicate, but can you post a picture?

my guess is that one vent is probably non-functioning but who knows . . .

deformity in the reproductive tract (in most critters) is usually accompanied by infertility.
i would say keep a very close eye on her because, yes, she is likely to be more prone to issues like the one you mentioned among others.

then again, she might be perfectly "normal" in every other way and may have no problems to speak of.

that is just wrong and now I have that image in my head...some posts you just know ahead of time that you shouldn't click on...next time I will listen to that little voice in my head that says don't do it, don't click on it!! Thank gawd I clicked before the pics went up, lol!
 
I looked because, as a chick, she would squak really bad when she tried to poo...Both were working at the time. I'll try to get pics now...
