What is she??? BO mixed with something??

She is supposed to be a Buff Orpington.....but now her tail & wing feather are growing in with black spots all over them. She came from a hatchery so this is what else they sell there so I would assume she would be mixed with one of these..

That is a Buff Orpington. That black smudges you are seeing is referred to as "smut" which is normal for the Buff color. It is not desirable for show birds, however, and should be bred out of the line if your goal is to produce any show birds.
